Generally, our policy on confidentiality and non-diclosure is governed by our Business Terms of Service (Section 10.0) wherein we provide an undertaking to the effect that:
"...at no time [shall we] disclose to any Third Party any information contained in the Client's original documents or translations thereof, without the express authorization of the Client."
For clients who may require a pro forma sign-off on a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) it is our policy, subject to our review, to execute such agreements in the form submitted to us by our clients.
For clients who wish to secure a more formal non-disclosure commitment than that which is outlined in wedotranslation's Business Terms of Service but do not have a formal agreement of their own, we have developed a form of our own which our clients may make use of.
